In June I visited BG Automotive in Loveland to have my 99 Chevy S 10 pick up checked out. After evaluation by Mike, the service advisor Brandon gave me the results verbally and via a video to my email.. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done on this visit and what work needs to be done in the future. Great customer service ! Thank you Brandon ! The front upper control arms, including the ball joints were replaced and an alignment was performed by Mike . Also an upper radiator hose that was leaking was replaced and antifreeze was added. In addition to all this great service, a shuttle was provided to me back and forth to my house. The shuttle driver, a young man named Landon, was polite and an asset to BG Automotive. This service was greatly appreciated by me. I highly recommend BG Automotive Loveland site to anyone needing services.

I booked an appointment for Front end alignment based on a referral from Discount Tire. I arrived on time and the service was performed as scheduled. The technician presented me a list of additional services my 2015 Honda Accord Hybrid needed, totaling over $4000. This seems beyond excessive. Example: the cost of parts to replace all four struts was listed at just under $1200. You can buy the strut kit from Parts Geek for $350. The store is Uber clean and the service people are well informed and helpful. Hence the Five Star rating. The price is just too much for me.

Totally got bailed out by BG Automotive while on vacation. Absolutely the HIGHEST recommendation for this establishment. 20 stars!!

While on vacation, I was hearing tires making weird noises and stopped in here to ask if they could look the car over. They got me in and made a diagnosis of my car, showed me what was wrong and what needed to be fixed right away. Told me the parts were in town and they could fix it in the morning. I decided to have the back brakes fixed and will wait on my front brakes. They gave me the amount it would cost and I am so glad they fixed them. I will definitely come back to BG automotive if I am ever back in town. Thank you so much Greg and Alex.

I worked with JaradB at BG Automotive on Riverside Ave, by phone from Vermont where I live, 2000 mi from Ft Collins. My daughter lives in Avon and needed a reliable, trustworthy repair shop. Her 2012 Subaru needed the engine replaced, front brakes and AC repair. Jarad put a lot of time and energy into finding a good, lower mileage replacement engine, tracking its delivery and keeping me apprised of our options throughout the process. His attention to detail, pro-active communication and excellent customer-focused service earned my trust. Jarad and BG/Riverside get 5 stars from me. I highly recommend this shop.
