As someone from out of town and in a bind Greg and his team were able to help me right away and quickly resolved my issue. Their warmth and professionalism saved my day. Holy smokes! BG is amazing. Mike managed to squeeze my Sprinter in to replace some shorn wheel studs the same day I called despite being booked out more than a week. This was incredibly appreciated as are moving to NH with a hard deadline and with the studs as trashed as they were it was unlikely I could have safely made it to Boulder, let alone New Hampshire. Levi, the amazing shop foreman, got cracking asap and noticed the hub adapter was also trashed. The team sourced this hard-to-find MB part the next day! Additionally, the team got on the horn with Discount Tire (my next stop) to both keep them abreast of the repair status but also to tag team with Discount to source some speciality lug nuts same days! Thanks Mike, Levi, and the rest of the BG team. You all are awesome!

I had a great experience and I will not take my car anywhere else. First, it is very refreshing to see that the people in the office know what they are talking about and explain the process of repair as well as the technical part in great details. Ethan was my guy and he was simply amazing! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I did like the fact that he always explained what is happening with my car, how much it will cost and what else can be diagnosed to make certain to fix the correct issue. Also, he has a very good expectations management. He didn't promise anything that he could not deliver. Starting from ordering parts to the repair itself. Again, I was very pleased and I am glad I found the shop for all my car needs.

BG autocorrect thoroughly explained all the recommended services so I could tell they weren’t trying to pull a fast one on me. They gave me a ride to and from while the service was being done as well. The appointment was quick and easy to make online and they didn’t care that I showed up to the wrong location & fit me in anyway.
