I traveled cross country and my car quit out 100 miles away where no one could help my Subaru until I called BG! They were amazing and helpful. Jarad helped me the entire time and couldn’t have been more informative and adaptable to the spotty service i had. They sent a whole profile on my car with pictures and info of who was working on my car. It was an amazing experience especially for an out of town er. I would definitely go back and recommend their services!

After an unsatisfying experience at Brakes Plus in Fort Collins (they wouldn't even attempt to do an alignment without making me pay them ~500 dollars to replace a slightly bent steering control arm) I brought my car into BG automotive for a second opinion. Turns out yes, Brakes Plus was right that the steering control arm was bent, but it was absolutely not necessary to replace it in order to get a proper alignment. The mechanics at BG automotive got things properly aligned and saved me 500 dollars in the process. They were very honest about other issues with the car and didn't try to upsell me on anything unecessary. The alignment was just a little bit more expensive than some of the major chains, but well worth it for the honesty and transparency that they offered.

I appreciate the fast diagnostics performed on my 01 Golf. They were able to fit me in to a busy Monday schedule and had me back on the road the following day. So far everything is working fine.

My 84 year old mother was visiting from Nebraska and while she was here her traction control light came on. BG got us in the next morning. Although the problem didn’t reoccur while they had it of course. They did some adjustments to the brake and also researched what could be the problem. With that being said, a shop could have taken advantage of her, but they didn’t. They were incredibly kind and honest. Thank you Jared and your team. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

BG Automotive was great. They weee friendly and professional, and did everything I asked for on my car. They gave me a detailed report with photos about repairs. They also gave me a ride to and from my home to get my car. I highly recommend them!
