Fort Collins and Longmont Auto Repair

Its been a couple weeks since I chose BG. My vehicle was embarrassing with the way help it needed. I use my vehicle for work, and rely on it to survive. BG helped me in a crunch. Got me in very quick. They fixed what was needed to drive safely, first, so i could make more money to fix the next thing. It was night and day when i picked it up. Felt like a new ride, better than I ever remember. Guidance, transparency, and kindness, are the three words that come to mind. Sidenote: I noticed my wipers were working. They were broken by a previous shop I used, and they just work now. Nothing even said. Very cool!! I will definitely be back.... very soon.

Took my 2009 chevy 3500hd dually in for diagnosis and when they found that it's in good shape still....I didn't want to use my credit card so they let me pay in cash that Friday... two days later. Such a huge help cuz once you use that credit it's gone...... they go above and beyond!

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Only had a simple taillight out. Work was completed quickly.

Above and Beyond. Moving from out of state to an unfamiliar location is not easy, especially when your vehicle engine breaks down and you and your wife, a family member with Special Needs we love and care for, along with a full size dog— the stress and worries become compounded. These men and woman of BG Automotive were very supportive, caring, assuring and professional. The work replacing our engine was top notch. Even during a time of local and global shipping problems and available parts inventories. But they got us what we needed, and we now have our Nissan Morano back, and running like new thanks to them. But the thing is, they went Above and Beyond, and did everything possible to accommodate us. Thank you everyone at the Fort Collins BG Automotive. We have also notice that the good folks of Colorado are as well, very nice and we look forward to supporting our new community here, as well our new VFW Post here in Evans. Excellent Service, great work quality. Rebecca did an outstanding job keeping me updated on progress on repair. She went above and beyond in helping with the transmission warranty despite not being bought at BG automotive. Highly recommend them!

These guys were great - explained everything so well, really fast and friendly, checked in after. All in all a great experience.

Love this place. However, today 8/24/22 I found the plastic cover that sits atop the engine in the bed of my truck after oil/filter service on 8/23/22. I take that stuff seriously. The top cowel was never put back on. Nothing hurt but it shows lack of attention to detail. Strike ONE.

BG auto is our go-to automotive shop for our company and personal vehicles. They always get us in for oil changes, DOT inspections, and other repairs quickly. The employees are all very professional and I am 100% confident that the work they do is top notch!
