They repaired the heater panels which had become worn and would no longer operate to bring heat into the cabin and this malfunction occurred during a mandatory fire evacuation from Estes Park. The repair cost only two-thirds of estimates from other repair shops. I felt a sincere sense of trust in the diagnosis and the technicians were excellent. I will definitely consider them for all mechanical needs. Really appreciated the photos with the diagnostic.

They took their time analyzing my car and gave me the best estimate I had received for the work that needed to be done. BG Automotive - Fantastic group of highly trained individuals dedicated to high quality car repair I had my car, a 2005 Subaru Outback Eddie Bauer Edition serviced by BG Automotive for several years now. A few days ago, I came in for an oil change, seasonal tire change and some rattles and other issues that needed attention. The car was not handling well and was making rumbling sounds at low speed going over bumps. The crew at BG Automotive rapidly diagnosed my problem(s) and sent me a report via text and email. The rumbling was being caused by a strut problem. I thought this was odd since BG Automotive had replaced all my struts less than 2 years ago and they only had ~25,000 miles on them. Anoushir, who was my service adviser, told me they would warranty my struts since BG Automotive guarantees all wok for 3 years or 36,000 miles. I’m happy to say today that my handling and rumbling problems have been resolved. The car drives better than ever. The rumble is gone. The pulling to the right has disappeared. The performance is 100% since doing an air/fuel induction service and replacing a really dirty air filter. The car has its old zip again. I have been a loyal fan of this shop for a while now. I’m so happy with this last round of service that I am happy to provide this glowing review.
