I went to them for a pre-purchase inspection for a car purchase I was making out of state. I was referred to them by Cutting Edge Automotive as a reputable and speedy auto shop that could complete a pre-purchase inspection. I got the inspection done quickly and received a call from them almost immediately afterwards explaining the outcome. They gave me great and honest feedback on the vehicle. I was able to go back to the dealership and get the few things that they had found fixed and had them inspect the vehicle again. Both inspections I felt were very thorough without being pushy. The individuals that I spoke with to schedule the repair and for feedback afterwards were great to talk with. I'd absolutely recommend them for anyone one needing the same services or anything else for that matter in the Fort Collins area.

Highly recommended. Traveling in my RV across the United States and needed an oil change. Being on a tight schedule, Travis and Matthew had me in and out of their service within three hours of my phone call.

Great communication and sharing of the safety inspection photos. I though we had bad brakes or rotors. They inspected and they told me they were fine. They didn't over sell unneeded repairs. We will definitely use BG automotive again.

Attention to details lacking, but polite and nice... Paid for a tire rotation, oil change, on top of needing three new lug nuts and studs. Tires weren't rotated correctly when I came to pick it up, doubt it was truly done correct (front to rear, and rears switched to the front). They had an issue with a different stud once they pulled the tire back off, an issue I'm guessing they were ready to just hide and send me with before I found the rotation issue, but they rethreaded it to get my tire back on and on my way. Air pressures ranged from 28 - 32 psi once I checked them later, so likely were never checked by them (part of the tire rotation price, but they refunded it). Oil maintenance light wasn't reset, guess that's not part of the $110 oil change... Three new lug nuts were $40, three new studs were another $40... My truck was showing some other check engine light issues, but they stated they couldn't get their machine to read them. I asked them if they tried a different scanner, they had not, but they then did and it worked. $600 later my truck is back on the road at a time when I needed it and was unable to do it myself.

This place was amazing! Had a flat tire. So I called them they asked me about my car tires I didn't know much. They actually drove to my job and looked to see what size tred i needed. Changed my tire there with my spare. Sadly it was flat too. They had there tow company come pick it up found ne 4 new tires that day! Then came to my house and picked me up so I could get my car! Coustmer service was awesome! Well done guys!!
