They flawlessly did it again! A failing transmission valve body and a timing cover were delicately replaced, even after Matt had to play tug-of-war for weeks with the awful aftermarket warranty that I unfortunately have for my Outback. I’m going to be very sad when it’s time to leave Colorado in a few months where I’ll be forced to find new trustworthy Subaru mechanics that will be upfront with me! 😭 Thank you to the wonderful guys again for all of your hard work, patience, and your dedication to great customer support! ❤️

My experience with BG Automotive was absolutely awesome! Their service was so efficient. They thoroughly checked my and answered all of my concerns. When I have taken places, I was told I needed work that was not necessary. I totally trust BG automotive. I am very happy that I found them. They were recommended to me by my daughter and son-in-law, who used BG Automotive in Fort Collins. When I went to pay the bill, they told me there was no charge. I have cancer and had told them that I was going to take my dream trip to Spain. They just told me that I should enjoy Spain. I definitely will take my car back there again and recommend them to anyone that I see. It was so refreshing to have a new place where I could trust the service there. I had had a lot of bad experiences with other places in the past.

I can’t speak highly enough of BG automotive!! My car is my mobile office as a real estate agent. Today I started my day with a check engine light and an engine power limiter light reducing the mph I could travel in order to protect the engine. I took my car to BG automotive after the dealership I called earlier said they couldn’t get me in for SIX DAYS!! I couldn’t be out of a car that long!! BG automotive received my car and fixed the oil pressure sensor issue I was having and I picked it up a few hours later. JD was so communicative and professional he went the extra mile to make sure they got my car worked on right away!! I will be referring business here if anyone I know is having car issues in the future!!

I had a 9 o’clock appointment and they didn’t begin service until 10 o’clock. I believe they may have been short staffed by one person, but they just didn’t tell me that. Other than that great experience, everyone was very friendly and professional.
