TLDR: Decency and Professionalism Within the last year I had my vehicle serviced at BG automotive. I felt like the service was ok and there was nothing special about it. However, yesterday I brought my vehicle in because of a failed repair, I had coolant all over my engine bay. Steam is coming out, I'm freaking out, I am a single parent this is not something I want to be worrying about, nor do I have the time. I called in to have it looked at, make an appointment. Could not make it, I'm sick/kid is sick. Call in to make another appointment. The person at the front desk met my situation with compassion, which I appreciated. There was not a "big deal" made about my inability to keep my appointment. Get my vehicle in, they found they issue of the failed repair, a hose clamp, repaired it, checked for damage from the failed repair, cleaned up my engine bay, and sent me on my way. Parts and labor were covered by there service warranty. I felt going into this, that somehow I was going to have to fight to get my vehicle serviced/repaired, under service warranty, without paying extra money. Instead, I was met with decency, compassion and professionalism. This is the automotive repair center I have been looking for. Would recommend 10/10.
