Todd has been serving me for the maintenance on my car for a couple of years now. He always makes sure to keep my car running well, and makes sure all of the service requirements, as far as maintenance and upkeep on my car are done when recommended. He doesn't sell me anything I don't need - great customer service!

Received an email with information on what needed fixed and what to keep an eye one for future repairs. The day of drop off. The only down side was I didn't receive a call when the car was ready for pick up. The employees and work was as spot on.

Very professional. Incredible service with genuinely nice people working there. I watched them with various people coming in and they were very considerate and caring with everyone. Chad worked on my car. He communicated every step of the way with what he diagnosed and how to remedy. Very polite and knowledgeable. He even gently explained how I was shifting incorrectly and how I could more easily handle transitions between gears. I was impressed with his ability to explain and his understanding of my vehicle. My car is running better than before! I would highly recommend both BG and Chad.

I had my timing belt break on my toyota camry . I called BG auto and Todd was very professional got me towed and on the road in less than 2 days. These guys provide A1 service as well as customer service. I definitely recommend to take your car to BG Automotive! 5 stars in my book.

I was impressed from the beginning of scheduling my appointment to the courtesy and professionalism of both Todd the service advisor and Johnnie the technician. So impressed that I will take my Volkswagen in for annual service from now on as well as for any other unanticipated problems that arise. Five stars for sure!

BG to the rescue! These guys are great! My exhaust pipe came loose, again which seems to happen periosically. Stopped in at BG and Todd took a look, got down on the ground under the truck and pushed it back into place and had me on my way. My only regret is poor Todd got dirty in the process! Thanks to everyone there for thier kind help and support! Very much appreciated!
