Todd, did a great job with customer service and keeping me informed of what the problem was and finding the right solution. Because of his good service skills, this new auto shop in Longmont has won my business. My Toyota Highlander is working great now and the shop has two Toyota master technicians that can work on my Highlander and Camry.

Took my Toyota Sequoia in for an oil change today and was advised by the Service Advisor (Todd) that they would do an initial inspection and free wheel alignment check as part of the service. The inspection report was provided via email and included photos of areas needing attention. The tech was knowledgeable on the vehicle and the requested oil change services performed as requested. Overall, a very good experience. Thanks!

If you need work on your car, look no further! This is the best automotive shop in Fort Collins. They were so incredibly accommodating to my needs, and are an absolute stand-up staff and company. They are wonderful to their customers, and have been the most helpful auto company I have come across. These guys know their stuff and are honest and good people. If you have automotive issue, I would highly recommenced BG automotive above anyone else in Northern Colorado.

I have taken several of my vehicles to the team at BG Automotive for simple maintenance. The teams clarity and transparency is what really sets them apart in the industry. The photos they sent me about potential future problems assured me that they really were looking after their biggest asset, me the customer. Hands down the place to recommend to friends and family.

Everyone was so helpful! Anoushir knows his subys and answered about 30 questions from me. Shopped around to a few other independent shops and dealer and decided to work w/ BG instead. I work nearby so popped in as they were doing the timing belt, water pump, alignment, etc and really appreciated their attention to detail and explanations. If anything is needed in future will be back!
