BG Automotive in Fort Collins really helped us out of a jam. We were traveling on a long car trip. We noticed a strange sound and thought that we needed an alignment. We called in the morning of our first day on the road. They squeezed us in and had to replace the wheel bearings. We were back on the road by 4:00 pm. When you are taking a 2500 mile trip you need a safe car. They are extremely friendly and helpful! We are grateful.

Took my Toyota Sequoia in for an oil change today and was advised by the Service Advisor (Todd) that they would do an initial inspection and free wheel alignment check as part of the service. The inspection report was provided via email and included photos of areas needing attention. The tech was knowledgeable on the vehicle and the requested oil change services performed as requested. Overall, a very good experience. Thanks!

They are wonderful to their customers, and have been the most helpful auto company I have come across. These guys know their stuff and are honest and good people.
