Took my recently bought 2006 Outback to Nice Car Subaru last week for full service. I was helped by Hash Gari to understand what needs to be done on the car, and also received a detailed report of the issues with pictures and work order priority. Although it took close to 5 days to get my car back. I received an update about the car almost every day in terms of the work done and the work to be done. I also dropped by twice during the maintenance process to check on the car. The team here are well equipped and are very knowledgeable. I'm definitely going back for the next service.

I like to give a review after a good period of time. A few weeks back had my 2013 Subaru receive a full inspection and oil change before a road trip. They did a great job in spotting a few things that needed to get up to date to make sure the car would run sound and be safe. The car did a great job running in the mountains. Thank you so much for getting me in so quickly and doing the updates all in the same day.

I needed car diagnostics on a Friday afternoon, as my car wouldn't start. Todd was reassuring, and said to go ahead and and have it towed in. He had it taken care of in less than 2 hours! I am thankful for the friendly, prompt, professional service at BG Automotive!
