Amazing place, I was about to be stranded in Colorado for several extra days with an engine malfunction but the guys at BG Longmont saved the day. I called every Honda dealership within an hour and a half drive and they all blew me off, however Al was kind enough to understand my predicament and got my van worked on right away. He even drove to Ft. Collins and back to be certain I had all the parts I needed so I could be heading back to Texas the next day. Car repairs aren't a fun way to spend a day of vacation, however Al and Todd were super friendly and made my wait enjoyable. I believe the guys at BG Automotive were a direct answer to my family's prayers as I sought out guidance as to where to get the issue resolved. Thanks to Wesley and the BG Auto team my family got safely back home to Texas. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here as well, I'm sure you'll be blessed by them in the same way!

We had a very intermittent issue with my daughter’s Subaru that our local mechanic could not isolate. I sought a mechanic with specific Subaru expertise. Word of mouth led me to BG in Fort Collins on Riverside. They gave us a loaner and kept the car for an extended period of time. It took a couple tries, but they resolved this very out of the ordinary, intermittent issue. I am completely satisfied. I recommend BG and we will continue to use them as our Subaru mechanic as we have 2 of them.

I love how they send you a detailed report with pictures and break it down by priority. I came in when my Impreza was having trouble and they started from the bottom and worked their way up instead of starting with the big ticket items like some places do. They do a thorough job, get things taken care of in a very timely manner and have a super friendly staff!
