The team at B&G Automotive (formerly Nice Car Subaru) are thorough and reliable. They stand behind their work and do what it takes to be sure you are satisfied. It is not an easy task to find a reliable, trustworthy mechanic and they guys are all that and then some.

BG is the best, they totally treat you like family, you never have to worry about whether you can trust them. I just brought my car in the other day for regular maintenance, one of the things was to replace a brake light. I wasn’t clear enough when I dropped it off, it was totally my fault, but the brake light got over looked. I brought it back in and they took care of me immediately and couldn’t have given me a better deal! Love you guys, thanks!

Finding a shop with the amount of integrity, professionalism and responsiveness as BG Automotive is an impossible feat. We had a very unfortunate situation where my vehicle was side-swiped (hit and run), at no fault of BG’s, by another vehicle. When I picked up the car, I pointed out the damage, and even though they were not liable for the damage, they owned it. In an incredible stand-up move, they had my car repaired by a body shop, and it came back to me looking brand new. Mike and Jay did an incredible job turning a negative event in to a positive and have earned my lifelong business. If you give them the chance, I’m sure they’ll do the same with you.

I love this mechanic shop a lot. They have the best service so far that I have experienced. I know this automotive thru my auto body repair shop due to my car accident 2yrs ago. They have me replaced my car engine. The moment I was here, I feel that everyone is friendly. I do get a text message about my car condition with pictures of my service advisor, the tech, part that need to be repair, etc. Mike was my service advisor. He did help me keep down the cost. I will definitely bring my car here for the maintenance service.
