Where to start... First and foremost, I can honestly say that BG Automotive has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. They're honest, hard-working, and diligent people who want to steer their community members in the best automotive direction possible. They'll tell you what's wrong and offer the best solutions; they will NEVER leave you wondering if you just spent your hard earned money on something you didn't really need. They're flexible and you can see their intent to-do right by the customer. On top of all of this, the physical work they do to your vehicle is stellar, basically your friendly neighborhood F1 pit crew.

I was traveling through Fort Collins and the undercarriage of my Camry needed attention. I was hugely impressed by the efficiency and courtesy offered by the gentlemen (Riverside Drive locale) who handled the situation. (Extra bonus: One of the service techs even got my iPhone to ring!) Thank you, gentlemen. If I didn't live 300 miles south I'd be a loyal customer.

Came in at 5 PM with an issue that would typically last hours. They closed at 5:30 and were able to get the new part and fix my problem for me the same day within the hour. Best experience I’ve had with a mechanic.

I have been meaning to reach out to you; my wife has been taking her car to Nice Car Subaru for like 8 years and most recently she said she had a totally different experience with the new company that bought it! Last Friday I had a tire unexpectedly go flat while at work and called BG around lunchtime, which they were able to have me drop off my vehicle same day. I ended up needing all new tires since they were very old and the side walls were blowing out. Jay was very helpful and speedy in that he got my vehicle in right away on a busy Friday afternoon, got me great prices on some very nice new all terrain tires, and had them installed within a couple hours. Jay and the BG team are always professional, knowledgeable, kind and looking out for their customers' best interest. I take all of my work vehicles to BG and after this visit, will continue to take my personal vehicles for all types of service. Would definitely recommend BG Auto of Fort Collins to anyone looking for a local auto shop they can trust and rely on with all automotive needs.
