BG has not done any work on my vehicle, yet. They were very honest in telling me the brake pads would need to be done but not right away. They also inspected and suggested maintenance to be done in the future. No push. They will get my buisness.

Super awesome folks, they do a full inspection every time and include a detailed email showing everything that's ok and everything that's questionable. Seem pretty honest as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff, crew was very prompt, wonderful job, and they got my Subaru looked at early in the day and right away, no waiting for an appointment. That really helped me as well, as I was getting ready for a road trip, and needed to get the car serviced quickly. I'm very happy with the whole experience and will continue to bring our vehicles there! Thank you so much!

Bg Automotive is the only place I take my vehicles for service. Their staff are knowledgeable and explain in detail what is needed. They do not use any pressure tactics and they provide you photos of the items requiring service. I have full faith in what they do to ensure my vehicle is safe and fully operational. Even if you do not have something completed, they provide reminder notices in order to keep it on your radar so as not to let it go to long. BG Automotive is the only company I trust with my vehicles. For me they go above beyond any other automotive repair shop.

Fixed a Jeep Wrangler door dilemma that Prestige dealership stated that they couldn't. I found a new me mechanic.

I can’t believe the service I just received from these guys. I’m a new customer in a real jam with time and travel constraints. Not only did they take my car in on a Friday afternoon, found the problem that they cannot correct as it’s a battery and warranty issue with another service provider in Fock, they addressed the issue, the original provider AND they got the vehicle over to the place so it can be repaired for mhe. I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW GRATEFUL I AM
