Finding a shop with the amount of integrity, professionalism and responsiveness as BG Automotive is an impossible feat. We had a very unfortunate situation where my vehicle was side-swiped (hit and run), at no fault of BG’s, by another vehicle. When I picked up the car, I pointed out the damage, and even though they were not liable for the damage, they owned it. In an incredible stand-up move, they had my car repaired by a body shop, and it came back to me looking brand new. Mike and Jay did an incredible job turning a negative event in to a positive and have earned my lifelong business. If you give them the chance, I’m sure they’ll do the same with you.

They have me replaced my car engine. The moment I was here, I feel that everyone is friendly. I do get a text message about my car condition with pictures of my service advisor, the tech, part that need to be repair, etc. Mike was my service advisor. He did help me keep down the cost. I will definitely bring my car here for the maintenance service.

They provided me quick and reliable service on my 2016 ford fusion. They are some of the friendliest and most upfront mechanics that ive had the pleasure to work with. I'll definitely be going back again and again for all my vehicle service needs in the future.

Where to start... First and foremost, I can honestly say that BG Automotive has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. They're honest, hard-working, and diligent people who want to steer their community members in the best automotive direction possible. They'll tell you what's wrong and offer the best solutions; they will NEVER leave you wondering if you just spent your hard earned money on something you didn't really need. They're flexible and you can see their intent to-do right by the customer. On top of all of this, the physical work they do to your vehicle is stellar, basically your friendly neighborhood F1 pit crew.

I was traveling through Fort Collins and the undercarriage of my Camry needed attention. I was hugely impressed by the efficiency and courtesy offered by the gentlemen (Riverside Drive locale) who handled the situation. (Extra bonus: One of the service techs even got my iPhone to ring!) Thank you, gentlemen. If I didn't live 300 miles south I'd be a loyal customer.
