What an amazing place. Walked in and was met by Brandon and Ken, so personable and friendly. Thought I only needed brakes but they found additional items that needed checked and repaired. They told me what I could get by with but since I had to drive to Ohio, they told me what I needed to be safe. The Master Technician, Chad, pulled my car in and fixed everything quickly and professionally. If you want an honest automotive company be sure to pick BG Automotive, Garfield, you will not go wrong. I was visiting my son in Erie. Went BG for a minor repair. Service was courteous and prompt. Charge was very reasonable. The most pleasant surprise was the vehicle condition report that I received at no charge. It was so thorough and and complete that it blew me away. I showed it to my son. He will definitely be a customer of BG.

Not one to leave a review, but these guys are the absolute best. I stopped in last minute on a busy day, they got the part ordered, fixed my car by end of day, and at a very fair price! Highly recommend.

Great experience having my transmission replaced on my 02 ram 1500. Frank was very helpful and provided a couple different options from rebuilding to finding a used one. Everything was quick and communicated clearly throughout the process.
