Brandon and the guys at BG in Loveland are reliable, honest, and knowledgeable. Having recently bought a house in Loveland, the new location opening was great timing. I would have gladly made the trek to the Fort Collins shop otherwise. Great job guys!

When my car wouldn’t pass emissions because of a communication error, I called several places who wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money just to diagnose the problem. I contacted BG Automotive in Loveland and spoke with Brandon. Brandon was so helpful and pleasant to speak with. He told me to come on in and they would do what they could to help me. I took my car in and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem within an hour for a reasonable price. I am so grateful I found BG Automotive and it was so refreshing to work with a staff that was helpful, friendly and professional. I will return to BG Automotive in Loveland for any future car needs. I loved that they took the time to answer all of my inane questions. I felt comfortable authorizing almost all of their recommendations, and the ones I didn't, we're only after a long conversation with the office manager (I think that was her title). They even offered me a loaner for the weekend- I hadn't even thought to ask. My 19 year old Suby feels brand new again!

Replaced my crankshaft sensor on my 09 kia sportage. They took me in with the possibility of maybe getting my car done the next day after I had it towed there after hours. To my suprise, it was ready by noon. Good value, good time management, helpful service people at front and a great attitude from everyone I came in contact with. I will definitely be a return customer and look forward to referring them out.
