Gave BG auto a call about some wear & tear in my car & they told me come in so they can have a look. After going there I met Brandon who had a look & they gave me quote & special ordered parts from my cars manufacturer which took a few days. They kept me updated throughout the process. When I took it in Chad, the technician, found a few other things that they suggested be done. The pricing was pretty nice & they we’re very courteous & professional. They gave me a neat report on my car, got it all done on the same day I brought it in. Would highly recommend! Will return for any future car needs.

I haven't needed a car repair since BG Automotive started their business in Longmont. I recently got a semi-new RAV4 Toyota, and BG Automotive was recommended to me by the dealer....and I couldn't be happier with their service! I have been assessing the local automotive repair and maintenance garages so I could avoid traveling to the Mercedes dealerships for quality services. I asked BG to look at my shocks and struts, and because they were not familiar with my well-cared-for ML350, they asked to review the vehicle in an overall sense - but not spend excessive time. In about an hour I received an accurate detailed electronic report that went far beyond any other vehicle assessment report I have ever received. Their assessment of my shocks and structs was exactly what the dealerships had stated, but BG provided precise photos of the leakage. They provided a photo of my brake fluid reservoir, revealing a dangerous condition there, and even had a photo of a screw in my front tire that was certainly news to me. The staff demonstrated professionalism that far exceeded any other establishment that I visited, and this the level of attentiveness and expertise I have been seeking. I am very glad I found BG.

II have always taken very good care of my cars and I always hope that they are handled as well in the hands of others. Keeping them well maintained allows me to use various service providers and compare, firsthand, what I receive from them. There are some good shops in our town – we have many – yet for the German car I drive there is only one place that I really have confidence in – and that is BG Automotive in Longmont. Their technicians, Allen and Levi - who I work with, are top-notch! But equally important to me is overall communication. Michael at the inception desk is a skilled interface between the customer and the garage staff, and in my last visit, he even researched - on his own - the costly repair he quoted me and discovered there was an approach to complete all of my work that would cut my costs in half – which they did. After a couple bad experiences at other places, I found myself at BG. Frank was so helpful and informative that he turned the whole situation into a positive one. Being able to compare the quotes between BG and the other places, I felt confident having the work done at BG, knowing it would be reasonably priced. Furthermore, the level of expertise and professionalism was greatly appreciated and I will for sure be back anytime I need work or even routine maintenance.
