My Mazda CX5 was on the fritz. I called BG Automotive and they had the issue diagnosed quickly and offered to fix it for me same day, but it was already 4pm. So they provided me a loaner vehicle while they kept my car in the shop over the weekend. The work was finished at 11am the following Monday. It runs so great now. I HIGHLY recommend BG Automotive for all your repair needs.

The guys at BG Automotive have hands down the best customer of any mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. Ethan, was my service advisor. He was up front, informative and very communicative. My mother's ram 3500 had a check engine light come on, we had it diagnosed at a ram dealer in boulder. They decided the truck needed a new turbo and control module. They quoted an astronomical rate to do the repair. I decided to take the truck to BG Automotive for a second opinion. Turns out, the turbo and control module did indeed need to be replaced. My mother is a horse trainer and regularly needs to tow an 8 horse trailer fully loaded to all parts of the country. She was on a time crunch to get the truck up and running. Not only did Ethan and the guys quote a much much much better rate on the repair, they included upgraded parts. They worked their butts off to get the truck repaired in an extremely short period of time, all the while being extremely cordial and friendly. When some unforeseen parts needed to be replaced near the end of the repair, they managed to acquire the parts, but it added some time to the repair. They had told us they would have the truck done Friday, and they still made it happen. They worked after hours Friday afternoon to ensure they kept their promise with us. I don't know of any shop on the face of this planet that would even consider staying after hours to finish a job! I can not praise these guys enough for what they did to ensure a fair price, absolutely outstanding customer service and on time delivery. Even with the tight deadline, they made time to clean the interior and exterior of the truck. Outstanding Job Guys, we will take all our business back to you!!
