I was very skeptical and unsure about trying an unknown repair shop for my vehicle alignment. They were recommended by Discount Tire and I thought I would give them a try with their free alignment inspection. After discussing what they found, I decided to just let them do a full alignment and see. To my surprise, the car drives and steers better than it has the entire time I've owned it! It doesn't have power steering from the factory and it used to take some effort to steer. Now it almost feels like it has power steering and drives beautifully. I also received a full inspection report with pictures. In the end, I would highly recommend BG Automotive.

Was traveling through Colorado when I lost a wheel that caused extensive damage to the rotor and shock absorber. Had it towed into BG and they went out of their way to make sure I was back on the road that day. Your staff were very friendly, professional and explained exactly what needed to be done to fix the problem that gave me much needed relief from which started out as a very hectic day.
