They say first impressions are lasting. I stopped at BG Automotive to inquire about the possibility of getting my cabin filter replaced. They were prompt and and got me in that same week. They ran a diagnostic on my vehicle and informed me that my transmission fluid needed to be replaced.. They showed me a pic of what it should look like and what mine looked like. Took care of that item as well. I just feel like it's an honest automotive business and I will definitely return for future repairs or needs.

The mechanics at B&G Auto are absolutely amazing!!! My 2016 Camry had a horrible clunking noise from hitting a dip in the the blizzard. I spent $1000 on new struts & ball joints at another shop only to have the clunk still there!! After 6 months of driving with this horrible sound I took to B&G. They worked endlessly for 2 days -- ALL the guys in the shop worked on this car. Nothing was obvious. They finally detected it was the metal cowl in the back of the engine compartment!!! These guys did NOT give up! They were not going to let this car go without finding the solution. Now I can drive my "new" car in peace again!! :-) I will recommend these guys to everyone I know.

I only have alignments done at shops that give me a computer print out showing the alignment specs before and after the work. This shop did that and I feel very comfortable that the job was done right.

They diagnosed and fixed an intermittent starting issue which isn’t always easy to do. They were courteous, fair, competent and kept me informed through the process. Definitely going back. These guys keep me on the road. They are knowledgeable, competent,, friendly and easy to work with. I love the fact that without any pressure they let me know what else needs to be done soon or down the road so I can plan. I have never had a single issue with anything they have worked on. The quality of their work is excellent and their prices are reasonable. I’m glad my son-in-law recommended them to me.

AMAZING place. Would highly recommend to anyone! They are so friendly and great at keeping you updated on your car status and repairs. The best is that they do a full look through of your car and make a link of all the things that are good, may need maintenance, and must do’s. I now know for the future what I need done! So helpful!
