Jippy Lube mangled my fuel filter on my '01 Exploder Sport. Second time in a decade! They towed it to BG & paid for repairs. I bought it new & loaded. It's my go-to mountain Ute. Got a "Colorado Cucaracha"-Suby Cross Trek--for sporting around town. It'll be going to BG henceforth if need be. Frank & the team were on it...Pronto. Back in two working days. Can't say enough. I had a wonderful experience working with BG Automotive. I had just purchased a 94 truck that I was worried was going to need a lot of work. They looked over my entire truck & were very transparent with the things that they found. I found it very helpful that they take pictures & have explanations for the things that need to be done and they send it to via text. They had their recommendations & they were clearly listed as the things that needed to be done, the things they recommend having done in the near future & the things you have an option for. I never felt any pressure from them & they got all the work I needed to have done the next day. From the first phone call to driving my truck away I had an excellent experience. I will be bring my truck back to them for any work I need done in the future. I highly recommend them for your mechanic!
Took car for pre-purchase inspection. Very thorough and objective inspection with concise documentation. Good communication with staff. There was no pressure to have work done to correct any of the findings.
