Can't say enough good things about this company! Although they're always busy (because so many people love them), they always do their best to get my fleet vehicles in and out as quickly as possible. They are knowledgeable, friendly and unfailingly honest. Have had several repairs completed for less than the estimate, and other instances of "no charge". Lots of places can fix your vehicles. If you want the best service and absolute highest level of integrity, this is where you want to go.

Someone stole my spare tire so I called them to see about a replacement. They found the same size tire+wheel at a salvage yard so I didn't have to pay full price for a stock one. Saved me ~$400. And they installed it for a very reasonable price. Front desk folks were pleasant & helpful. Everyone seemed very professional.

It can be hard to find a mechanic that is both technically adept and communicative/friendly. These guys cover it all and then some. We bring our work vehicle to them with complex issues on a tight schedule and they always come through. Just their diagnostic process is indicative of the level of professionalism they bring to bear on the rest of their work. Top notch folks.

Great shop. I took my Tacoma here for a rear axel seal repair along with replacing the rear brake drums and pads. I picked up my truck and immediately noticed a bad vibration when breaking. I returned the truck the next day and they spent several days re-tracing their repair work and trying to figure out the vibration. Long story short, the drums were not balanced and they went thru 3 or 4 sets of drums before finally being able to get a set of Toyota OEM drums that were balanced. They said they had never seen this happen before. I would highly recommend BG Automotive. Ken and Brandon work the front office area and both were determined to get this issue resolved for me. Also all of the work done here is backed by a 3yr/36,000 mile warranty.

Super friendly and helpful staff! I really appreciated that Kaylee went over all of the recommendations and helped me prioritize what services I needed for my car. It was also great getting to see the pictures of everything they saw issues with.
