I appreciate the fast diagnostics performed on my 01 Golf. They were able to fit me in to a busy Monday schedule and had me back on the road the following day. So far everything is working fine. Another successful appointment, this time just an oil change on the 05 Subaru Outback. Greg got me in next day and provided shuttle to & from work which is always appreciated.

Great to work with! These guys have excellent communication with a detailed electronic version of your diagnostic texted/emailed to you, and are also friendly on the phone. Mike is has a great vibe and is easy to work with. I’ve been to them twice and both times BG did great work for a fair price and got me back on the road with a smile. I’ll be using them again.

They took the time to listen and address my extensive list of automotive issues. While they weren't able to evaluate/detect the vibration, torque steer, or pulling to the right, they performed a wheel alignment which corrected the vibration. Their patience and knowledge and skill was a breathe of fresh air compared to the other repair shops I have been dealing with lately. Their pricing was very reasonable too!

I’ve had a good experience with BG. Having taken several vehicles to them over the years, I can say that they don’t ever try to pressure me into doing more than I think I should. They do find and fix problems the first time almost every time and when they don’t, they stand by their work and correct it. I would recommend them.
