I took my 4x4 Mercedes Sprinter van in for service and some repair items. I had previously only used MB for service, but got a good recommendation for BG Automotive from Vanworks in Fort Collins. They were able to schedule me in very quickly, when MB in Loveland quoted me a 3 month wait for an appointment. Frank from BG kept me informed of the status of my van, including some additional work needed. Although they may not have a fancy facility like a MB dealership, they were very professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle. I will definitely be using them again!

I recently had service done on my Camry and appreciated their expertise on all things Toyota. My only issue was that I had an appointment and the work took much longer to finish that I was led to believe. I still plan on using them in the future for work as needed.
