This is the only place i will take my car! As a single women they are always honest and fix the problem the first time. Very amazed with mike he is the best!

Was referred to BG as the place I went to did not have the tools to break loose my over torqued lug nuts. Went in, friendly front desk rep either Mike or Jay, not sure as I placed both cards in my cup holder, got them mixed up. Anyhow they deliberated for a quick second, grabbed my keys and said no problem, we will break it loose. 10 min later, they gave me the completely obliterated lug nut as a souvenir, lug nuts off, on my way. I asked, how much do I owe you? Nothing was the response. Totally blown away!!!!! I will be coming back for future work. That kind of generosity is far and few in this world we live in. These people Rock!!!!!!!

We were passing through CO from NC, a long way from home, and our old Landcruiser was having fuel pressure issues. Jay and the guys came recommended to us from locals, got us in the next business day and taken care of by 3:30 PM. Great, friendly, reasonable service and highly recommended.

Mike really helped me when I was in a pinch and was so accommodating and kind. He and his team of mechanics took the time to fix my window regulator and point of entry for a really reasonable price. They went above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction. Finally! I've found an automotive place I can trust. I will be returning to BG automotive for all of my car needs.

Ryan was incredibly helpful checking out my boat trailer wiring free of charge. The lights were giving me fits and he helped me correct the simple problem and even gave me some helpful advice for my trip with regards to towing. I highly recommend BG’s Automotive if you have any trailer or automotive questions or issues. Super friendly and honest.

I cannot tell you how happy I am with the guys at BG Automotive. They represent customer service done right. I worked with Jay when my Ford Escape Hybrid had a check engine light on. Jay was friendly, easy to work with, and called me to update me whenever needed. They did a full diagnostic on my car, did the repairs that needed to be done, and even made sure I made my class in time. Needing car repairs is never fun, but Jay and the guys at BG Automotive made it as easy and as smooth as possible. I originally chose to go to BG because it was so close to my house, but I will be returning for the customer service, and the assurance that my car is being taken care of. If I could leave 11 stars out of 10, I would.
