BG Automotive provided me with the best customer service experience that I've ever had. I was desperate and needed a miracle when the transmission went out on our family van only four days before I was supposed to drive 1000 miles to WI for a family vacation. Every auto shop in town told me their wait list was too long to complete a transmission job by my departure date. BG also had a hefty wait list, but told me that they would do whatever it took to get it done in time. They not only did what they promised but had it done a half a day early and shuttled me from work to pick it up. Now I've got a 1200 miles and a successful family vacation on the new transmission and couldn't be happier with the way my vehicle is running. These guys have their company values posted in their waiting room, and I can honestly attest to the fact that they live by them. Thank you BG Auto. You saved our vacation!

I have never been to a mechanic shop that didn't try to get as much money out of me as possible until I went to BG. My first B&G experience was this weekend. Dropped a Bronco off for an alignment. Ryan was the gentleman who helped me, and he couldn't have been more professional. I got the vehicle back and it is as expected, much better. I was mostly blown away by the attention to detail and customer service. These guys are really sharp. They have most definitely earned a repeat customer. Thanks again!

BG Automotive reminds of a newspaper cartoon that I saw years ago. A man was saying to his wife, "But honey, we can't move now! I finally found an honest mechanic!!" Everything about them is ethical, honest and professional. They only perform work that is necessary, and the work performed is A++. Won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

They give comprehensive and easy to understand vehicle condition reports and their priority is helping you get your car safely and affordably back on the road. Amazing, personal customer service. They are very understanding of all circumstances and truly want to help. Feels strange describing an auto shop like that, but it's true! Definitely recommend.

Had my outback in for an alignment and Jay took great care of me. Fast service and my car is driving straight as an arrow! Forgot to ask for the 10 dollars off first time customer coupon until I was one foot out the door. Jay took it right out of the drawer without batting an eye.
