I highly recommend BG Automotive. My husband and I were visiting family in Longmont when our air conditioning quit working and we were facing a two day drive back to Wisconsin in ninety degree weather. I called them around 2:00 pm and asked if they could take a quick look to see if our problem was an easy fix. To my amazement they said bring the car in now and they would look at it before closing at 5:30. They diagnosed our problem and rectified the situation so that we were able to leave at 7:00 am the next morning as planned. The service writers and mechanics look and act in a very professional matter. They showed compassion in helping an out of town visitor on short notice. And finally they also gave us a detailed review of our cars condtition, identifying a couple of areas that will need future attention. I have suggested to my relatives living in the area that they check out using BG for their future automotive repair needs.

Diagnosed and fixed our problem. And as an added bonus, gave us a vehicle inspection report that identified car conditions that will need future attention. Highly recommend checking them out.

They say first impressions are lasting. I stopped at BG Automotive to inquire about the possibility of getting my cabin filter replaced. They were prompt and and got me in that same week. They ran a diagnostic on my vehicle and informed me that my transmission fluid needed to be replaced.. They showed me a pic of what it should look like and what mine looked like. Took care of that item as well. I just feel like it's an honest automotive business and I will definitely return for future repairs or needs.
