(keep reading this is not a complaint) We decided to bring in our 2001 food power stroke for some other major repairs due to our neglecting the vehicle (still not a complaint)

(keep reading this is not a complaint) We decided to bring in our 2001 food power stroke for some other major repairs due to our neglecting the vehicle (still not a complaint) when we picked up the truck after "operating hours" first thing we noticed the radio was off and the seat/mirrors adjusted. (no complaining) For an automotive company to train their employees to first turn off the radio then adjust the seat/mirrors properly so they are comfortable and feel safe is absolutely amazing to me. it shows they are not only #1 concerned with their employees safety, but they are commuted to treating every vehicle like their own!! No reason to look for another shop these guys are the best in our book. We trust them with our lives whin it comes down to it. We each commute 2hrs total per day with that mush windshield time we must have safe vehicles. BG automotive makes sure we get hoe to each other every night and to work every day. Great service! Turnaround time is quick, everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly and I love the pictures emailed to me of my vehicle when work is recommended. No pressure and honest assessments.

These guys were transparent and informative when I took my car in. The pricing was fair and the had options available when something arose. The did not just install parts or charge work without prior notice. I work on my vehicle when I can handle the job, but I would take my vehicle back if a job seemed too difficult to self perform. My work came with a guarantee and roadside assistance included. Seemed like down to earth guys.
