I brought my 07 escape hybrid in with an electrical issues between my brake pedal and my brake lights. After a hiccup with a faulty brake light switch I was on the road again. In the small amount of time I sat in their waiting room I experienced several of their past customers stop by to thank them for wonderful service. Some even brought treats for the crew. This is an example of what great customer service looks like.

So let us begin as I have had bad and good experiences here this will be a bit lengthy. I have been here several times. The first time for a good latch that got a temp fix or partial partially my fault or miscommunication between them and I. Ether way they addressed it in a very professional and respectful manner and it got taken care of along with a water pump and timing belt . Came back again for what thought was again for the third time first time being a diffrent companies doing water pump/ timing failure. They got me in within thirty minutes addressed the issue and came up with a solution and price tag to the problem . These guys are professional, Patient, and remember little things even down to work schedule and living habits which says a lot as people . Wether they are aware or not I have to be 100% transparent with all my reviews and posts so to be as helpful to the community . They can be a little bit pricey I feel then some of the other places in town . They have shop and services charges ie. gloves, rags etc. I do not really agree with that as the one time was almost another 80$ I was not planning on being added to my bill . Aside from that one major annoyance. These guys are very spot on with what they do . Are very knowledgeable and will even take into the shop and point it out and demonstrate the issue or issues occurring when able to . There inspections are the most legit I’ve seen in any mechanics shop with photo’s an explanation and factory recommendations in a pdf . Oh and all work comes with 3 year/36000 mile warranty as far as I know .
