We had our car towed to BG. they looked at it next day and texted a diagnostic report to us. Unfortunately we decided to have it towed to salvage. Since I live over an hour from the shop they helped us by working with the driver and even removing the plates so I wouldn’t need to. They were super helpful. When we’ve got a new vehicle we will definitely use them in the future.

I was a new customer to BG Automotive when they happily accepted my old Subaru without an appt. on a tow-in basis. Within a few hours they called me with the findings of what had obviously been a thorough inspection and provided me with a written list and pictures of the problem areas and an itemized list of the work required. They kept me informed of their progress with the car, and when the work was completed they took the car out for a lengthy road test. They completed the work ahead of schedule, and the final cost was less than their original estimate. All the personnel were professional and very pleasant. I will definitely be a return customer!

My alternator pooped out not too far from here. I live really far away and was stuck in a real bad situation to get home before the weekend on a Friday, scrambling for answers before almost anything anywhere else is available until Monday.
