I have had two services performed here and both times were a great experience. I trust BG with my high mileage Toyota.

Great group to work with, took care of my vehicles issue and worked with my schedule. Also - I appreciated the extra info they provided regarding my vehicle (true it’s sales oriented BUT was very informative and much more in depth than a typical pitch and with zero pressure).

I came into BG because I had an awful leak. Being a 26 year old girl, living away from home, I obviously didn’t know something was wrong until there was a burning smell. Being away from home also meant being away from my dad who would tell me what was wrong with my car… luckily I had the best fortune of meeting with Matt. He got my car in same day for an inspection, got me a ride home while my car was getting inspected and a ride back once it was finished. They sent a link with the full inspection (items are listed from green, yellow, red based on need and urgency) that let me know exactly what was going on. As well as a link with an itemized estimate based on the inspection results. I was able to get my car in to get fixed right away. And when it needed to stay over night, they gave me a loaner car so I could drive to work. A 10/10 experience and now I will be going back for routine oil changes so they can keep up on checking the other things from the original inspection that popped up to keep me informed on urgency. If you go to BG ask for Matt and you won’t be disappointed!!

Formally know as Fred’s Automotive. Just had some very important work done and they met Freds standards. I have used Fred’s Automotive for 27yrs. If they keep up the good work I may be around for another 27. This was my first interaction with BG. At this time it is like Fred never retired. Seems like he is still running the show. It is what both Fred and I look for in an owner/customer relationship.

They did what I asked to be done and in a timely manner.
