We got a quote from BG Automotive. They provided pictures and talked everything over with me, explaining even further what the issues were. I will be having repairs here and will update review then.

I'm so happy to have found BG Automotive when I was totally finished with my dealer. It was easy to make the appointment online and they were prepared for us when we arrived. We were impressed with their desire to be thorough in diagnosing our problem by asking us to wait until the technician had time to do his research. Kenny, our advisor, kept us updated throughout our time there. We were especially impressed by the treatment we received while waiting. Everyone was friendly and professional and caring. They were happy to drop us at a nearby restaurant and pick us up. We felt they truly enjoyed taking care of their customers. Lastly, I couldn't help but overhear the various people on the phone - not necessarily the conversation itself, but the attitude in which the phone was answered and customers were helped. Everyone answered the phone in a manner I haven't heard in years - like they were really glad you called and really wanted to help. I also noticed several times they went above and beyond to help a customer by understanding their situation and, in doing so, making a customer for life - as I know we will be.

B&G was recommended by a good friend and it's great to have someone so close to my home that does good work, at a good price and in a timely manner. They have done an excellent job helping me get my 14 year old truck back in shape and I appreciate that they talk through the issues with me and help strategize a long term plan rather than expecting me to get the work done all at once.

This is the best I've ever felt and the most confident I've ever felt after dealing with mechanics. And the job was done right at a cost that I can respect as well I am a harsh critic of mechanics so this is my honest review..

My awesome car needed a timing belt and oxygen sensor and a battery charge!!! The pricing was very reasonable and the service of the technician's, employee's was outstanding!!! BG Automotive was recommended to me by a employee, at Advance Auto parts, Tom!!! Shout out and air-high 5 to Tom!!!! I will highly recommend this team anytime, thanks again!!!

Excellent service! We worked with Brandon and he was extremely professional, polite and honest. When other shops couldn't see us for days to have an alignment done, BG saw us the same day and were able to fix our issues as we drove across the country. Thanks Brandon and the BG Auto staff!
