BG is great! They treated me like I was a long time customer! Jay was the one to help me! If he wasn't right there one of his co workers was! I appreciate that they are just very straight foward with me! I think customer service is very important and they really rate high on the chart! They will make sure you are taken care of!

I have been to a dozen car mechanics in Northern Colorado over the years. I have been lied to about pricing and repairs each time and was never treated with respect. I bought a 2013 used car from a dealership in Loveland and within 1 week my engine bay started smoking and was pouring out oil, so I had it towed back to the dealership mechanic where I bought it. They "fixed" it and stated "It was just an oil cap". Well, within another week it broke down again, completely un-driveable, and it wouldn't accelerate anymore as I was driving and the steering was completely loose! I had it towed to BG Automotive because the dealership said they "didn't have the tools to fix it". BG made me aware of everything they were doing to repair my car. Left no questions unanswered and were completely transparent, professional, and extremely caring for my frustrating situation. Upon walking in to BG'S to pick up my now repaired car, I was greeted with friendly smiles and exactly what was repaired and why. I cannot recommend BG Auto enough!! Excellent customer service!! And my car's actually fixed and running better than before. Thank you for being trustworthy and caring!
