Fort Collins and Longmont Auto Repair

We had moved from another town and had no mechanic picked out when our car had problems with screechy belts and needed work done on it. BG Automotive was recommended from Jiffy Lube and when we called to talk to them about getting our car in,Brandon P. was so nice, and so helpful, and explained everything so that it made it easy to understand. We needed our car as soon as possible ,and he went out of his way to try to get it in ,and worked on ,so we could get it back by the time we needed it. We felt that the whole crew were very nice, very attentive, and did a great job! No More screeching, , no more rough running, and we were so pleased with the whole experience! We have found the garage we will be using for future repair work!

Where do I start? While traveling to Fort Collins for a weekend our car started leaking oil, badly. 6 hours from home on a Friday afternoon we started calling mechanics to see if anyone could still get us in and back on the road by Sunday, we had zero success. Enter BG. One of the mechanics that couldn't get us in recommended that we try BG and described them as good and honest. Calling to plead our case they told us they could at least look at our car but couldn't guarantee a fix by business close. We took our car straight in and a couple hours later we got a call to tell us that the parts were on the way and that they had someone that would stay a little late to ensure the repair got done and we would be able to return home safely. From the initial call and through the whole process, everyone at the shop was professional, friendly and calming. I cannot say enough good things about our experience and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks BG!

Great service as usual,hard to find a place that will make time for you to get a quick service need resolved in a short notice situation. As usual pricing is competitive. See you again in the near future. Just finished having another vehicle serviced, great job and a very extensive service report to go with the completed job. Nice touch.

This was my first time at BG automotive. I felt like they were extremely honest with me and did an amazing job. Brandon was super helpful and very personable.

This is my second time going to BG Automotive and working with Brandon. My knowledge on cars is not too advanced, and his willingness to work with my dad over the phone and my boyfriend in person about my car was so nice! He did not make me feel embarrassed about my limited knowledge and I definitely did not feel like they tried to sell me anything I don't need like other places will. He even got my car done early so I could pick it up before work! Would definitely recommend BG Automotive and Brandon for any car issues or tune ups!
