First time customer, absolutely blown away by how great an experience it was. Everyone there was so helpful and pleasant. Fixed my car quickly.

I had my first experience working with BG today. I decided to have my services completed by them as opposed to the going to the dealership. They’re friendly, professional and got my car serviced in a timely manner. I really loved the detailed feedback report they sent with all of the pictures of my car and various explanations of what was done and suggestions of what should be done and why. Then I received a phone call from the Service Adviser to go over it with me. This was a first. I’ll be back!!!

They’re extremely fair with their prices and will keep you updated the entire way! Completely professional company to work with and I’ll definitely be bringing my car back to them!

I am only in CO every two weeks, and they were all booked up and I’m supposed to leave the next day. Not only were they able to get me in as soon as I showed up, but they also gave me the best comprehensive review of needed maintenance on my vehicle. They fixed my oil leaks and also kept me company while I waited. They are hands down one of the best automotive car centers I’ve ever worked with, I only wish the dealership would be this responsive to their clients. Thank you again, and I will be back even if I have to drive far out of my way

Great service and pricing seemed decent from what I could tell... though I'm no mechanic. My car needed a bit of work to fix the heat and they bundled some other items so I wouldn't be charged more next time. They answered all my questions, took the time to show me, and gave me a ride to and from. The staff was friendly and fast as mechanics go(they had my car a total of 30hrs). I would have preferred a better estimate on time frame and a follow up/check in call instead of me waiting and having to call them 3 hours later just to hear what needed to be done. I had to call to find out when I could get my car the next day too since they said early afternoon. There were some technical difficulties that were unforeseen but a heads up would have been nice. Would have been a 4.5 star if they did halves.

Brandon did an excellent job explaining the needed repairs to my Audi. I appreciate his expertise and honesty! I’ll be back!
