The guys at BG are great. I took my car in for an alignment recently and they accommodated my tight schedule. The vehicle was done within in the time frame promised and, when complete, the mechanic that performed the work, came into the office to explain each step and the results of the adjustments. Not only that, I was able to see the alignment taking place through the window and the guys in the office took time to explain the process. What more could you ask for?

This was 3rd shop to diagnose and actually fix the problem under $150 less than other shops. Will be coming back for future maintenance on my vehicle for straight up, no nonsense auto care without all the bloat of other outlets.

Did good work and worked with me on price of repairs. I felt that they treated me right and didn’t try to tell me I need stuff done that was unnecessary.

Extremely great customer service, and friendly staff overall. I appreciated the thorough inspection of everything that needed to be done, and also appreciated that I did not feel pressured to complete costly repairs right away. If ever my main mechanic retires or goes out of business, this is the place where I would bring all of my business. Highly recommend this place to bring your vehicle for any repairs or alignment needs.

Take care of what matters to me and helps me with keeping in a budget

I loved Fred and family and took all my vehicles there because I finally felt that that I had found a place I could trust. My first experience at BG Automotive with my Subaru was topnotch, so I decided to take my RV there as well. Another good experience. A little pricey, but so is everything else! I will be trusting my vehicles to BG Automotive, until I can't.

This garage was so helpful and courteous as we were deciding what repairs were absolutely necessary for our son’s older car when we live 1500 miles away. This garage came highly recommended to our son and we can totally see why. Highly recommend!
