These guys are Great!! I went in because the rear defroster had quit. When they looked under the trim panels, they noticed that the rear quarter panel had been replaced. The defroster connection is on that unit. We went back to the shop where some work was done 4 years ago and they put in a brand new back window. All covered by insurance!! Cheerful and friendly the whole time, checked in with me after a week to make sure it was all going well.

Rarely do you walk into a auto repair place and it feels like your handing your keys to relatives that have as much invested in your car as you do. Jay and BG have consistently treated us well, giving a full-review of the issues with reports and pictures that show the issues and how they should be addressed. I have a 1967 Ford that has been in my family since it rolled off the lot, and they continue to handle her with care and insight,and they take such pride in their work it's as if she's one of theirs. Can't thank you enough, BG, for understanding the years, miles, and family that are ingrained in our truck.

Sir, all your employees were friendly and professional at same time. They are differently an asset to you and your company. It was nice to feel relaxed and for people who don’t go to a garage very often they should feel assured and calm. You should be very proud of all of them. They do your business well. thank you !!

They did exactly what they said they were going to do and at the price agreed on. Plus they did it in a very professional way. Good, knowledgeable, and friendly people to deal with. They also checked out other issues with my Avalon, let me know what they were, and didn’t pressure me at all to have them fixed.

I'm over 70 and have had more than 15 cars in my life,,most of which needed repairs at some point. BG is by far and away the best facility I've ever used. They have treated my 40 year old TR8 as well as my newer cars.
