This was totally a great experience. My 2002 Highlander needed new struts and breaks and some other minor work. The staff did an excellent job showing me what they were seeing and explaining the work that they would do. They provided a detailed estimate and stuck to it. Each person working there was friendly, kind, and professional. My best car service experience EVER!
