Front end of my Hyundai had an obvious alignment problem. Called or visited 4 other places before visiting with Hash at BG. Made an appointment at 8 AM the next morning and left car. Hash and his team provided a complete report with photos within a couple of hours, including cost estimate. Hash also worked with Discount Tires to get new tires (the alignment problem had caused dangerous wear to front tires; easily seen in photos sent, but was in side of tire and couldn't be seen normally) ordered and installed by Discount. Communication throughout the process was outstanding: phone, text, and email. Very professional, friendly, informative. Hash stayed late on a Friday to let me pick up my car. When my son dropped me off to get the car, he noticed that one of my son's tires looked low. Checked it and aired it up for him. Highly recommend BG Automotive...these guys are the best!

My experience with BG Automotive was brief but professional, empathetic (as I was traveling through on my way home to Arizona), and timely. They gave me the information I needed after listening fully to what was going on with my car.
