I’ve spent a long time looking for a good mechanic in Fort Collins. BG did a great job with my car and was so incredibly kind through the whole process. They explained things very clearly so that I could understand without having any car knowledge. Kaylee, especially, was so nice and helpful as my service advisor. I have some more major work to be done on my car and I will definitely be coming back to BG for it thanks to their great service and very fair prices.

This team is full of the sweetest and most thorough mechanics I've ever dealt with. During the beginning of the pandemic, they offered to pick up groceries for their customers. They consistently provide excellent service and I've never heard a complaint about them. They are reasonable, and present you with full information whenever there is a problem. Highly recommend this shop!

They were able to evaluate my problem within 2 hours of my request. Because the fix was easy, I had my car the next day. They were very professional and courteous, and I will be using their services in the future.

They provided a detailed email of all issues found including photos. Their easy to interpret list rates them in order of severity. They got my Subaru in the next day and had it back to me the following day having fixed my initial issue. They were not pushy with trying to get me to fix other issues. I will use them again in the future.
