I found BG on a recommendation from a friend. Jay helped me get a full inspection done, and then categorise the immediate needs versus eventual wants. They understood my financial limits and worked with me to get my car back to prime condition quickly but also cost effectively. Frank was unbelievably helpful in fixing some minor damage caused by one of the mechanics while restoring my headlight lenses. Accidents happen and they went above and beyond to make it right and take care of my car. These guys are knowledgeable, kind and extremely understanding. I was treated like family. I would recommend BG to anyone needing mechanic work.

BG auto is my top pick for car care. Their staff is always helpful, friendly and fair! They really take care of their customers and dont try to upsell you. They are honest and I will continue to use them. Their new location on Riverside is also very spiffy!

Everyone at BG has always taken good care of me and my car but it was especially good when I had to have repairs done during the shutdown. BG was there when Carmax was unavailable and made sure that I had transportation when they had to keep the vehicle. We were on a road trip across the country, pulling a trailer when our truck broke down. We called several repair shops but none of them could commit to even diagnosing the problem let alone perform the repair. BG Automotive agreed to look at it and they were able to repair the truck and get us back on the road. They didn’t have the parts but found them in another city and quickly did the work.
