Beyond impressed, this is how all mechanic shops should be. Customer Service was impeccable, all questions were answered thoroughly and patiently, and so nice!! The diagnosis had details and pictures of everything they looked at as well as a diagram with more pictures exlaining the function of the part and what the damage is and the urgency to fix it, or the non-urgency if it's something that can wait. And all of it emailed to you. Brilliant! It has been a long time since we've found a garage so thorough, I highly recommend them. To the shop: Thank you so much for your service on my son's GMC truck and the leaking fuel line, it was a worry trying to find a good, affordable diesel shop to get it fixed, and all during these difficult times, you have been a definite blessing.

Great communication, fixed my car fast and at a reasonable price. It was a very good experience.

They didn’t do the work on my car, they explained to me that it needed an engine and gave me their honest opinion and the prices and left the decision up to me. I ended up trading my car in, rather than doing repairs but they were very honest and I appreciate that so I’m leaving this review since they didn’t take advantage of me when I was in a tough spot and that’s a rare experience for me.

Setting up the appointment was easy. They addressed what I asked them to and even took care of a problem they found that was still under warranty. All of them were professional and courteous.

The staff here is awesome and professional. They have courtesy vehicles available as well. You get a lot of bang for the buck at BG Automotive as they are a high quality shop that is very thorough in their work, service and recommendations.
