This was my first time using BG Automotive on Webster Ave in Ft Collins, and my best first business experience yet. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome and we’ll cared for. Brandon Pursley handled my service needs in a cordial and professional manner. Brandon’s friendly greeting and technical knowledge gave me the confidence I needed to give him the key to my pride and joy, a 2017 5.0 GT Mustang convertible. The end result of their good work was top notch and a major improvement to the GT’s overall performance and handling. Frank & the BG staff are Professional, Personable and Diligent! They tenaciously found & repaired my Air Conditioner leak and made my travels cool once again! BG is our go to for all our car maintenance and repair!

Great service as usual,hard to find a place that will make time for you to get a quick service need resolved in a short notice situation. As usual pricing is competitive. See you again in the near future. Just finished having another vehicle serviced, great job and a very extensive service report to go with the completed job. Nice touch. 7/23/20 - Just got my third car back from these guys, job well done. Have a few other vehicles that they will be seeing in the near future.

Well, I saw that they had lots of 5 star reviews. I hoped they would earn one from me. I called 3 places and 2 of them quoted me $1500 and $1600 for the job. BG would not quote the job for me. They said, we have to see the truck and the parts to determine the cost because Toyota used different parts on different vehicles and they had to determine the exact part type. They charged $140 for the assessment which seemed thorough. AND, they did the entire fix for $1300, including the assessment fee. Plus they were faster than any of the others and professional and the PDF containing pictures of everything they found with descriptions was excellent as well. So, yes they earned their 5 star review and my vehicle works!

I love this place! I know when we're being a vehicle in they are going to fix it right the first time. They always go above and beyond what is expected. My entire family is hooked and will never go anywhere else! Thanks to Brian and Mike and the whole team for a great job!
