In town for vacation and had major car issues the day prior to our departure. BG Auto was recommended to me and thank goodness. They specialize in Subarus, which is what I drive and was a huge relief. From my initial contact with Anoushir by phone, to the end result, my experience was 100% positive. This crew found exactly what was wrong, had the part ordered, delivered and job done the same day. Anoushir was completely reassuring to me and definitely put me at ease. Side note, I was so impressed with everyone, even down to offering a few places to hike, that I can only hope my medical office where I work, comes across as patient, honest, reassuring and caring as the BG team!!
