Very good service. Honest very detailed, no pressure, just did the required work. Thorough inspection for recommended items that needed attention and no pressure to have them do it. I highly recommend BG Automotive! This from one who usually does all car repairs himself but did not have time this time.

Absolutely 5 stars. These guys know their subarus. They deserve a bigger shop! Equipment is top of the line. The waiting lobby and bathroom is gorgeous. Loaner cars, and they are nice enough to give you a ride while you wait.

BG Auto rocks ! Ive used them for years and have ALWAYS been happy with there work and pricing . Today i was driving my van and heard a grinding sound on my rear brakes i drove it right to BG Auto and talked with Brandon even though they were booked up he got my van in to take care of the problem . Have had some excellent experiences here in the past, but had a tougher series of visits over the past month or so. Just had much lower confidence in clarity and accuracy of diagnosis, lapses in communication, and more reactive than in the past. Update: am revising my previous post. The folks at BG, especially Mike Flippen, demonstrated an extraordinary level of persistence to resolve the issues I had experienced. They may not always get it right the first time - but extremely trustworthy and full of integrity which is a premium these days.
