BG Automotive was professional from start to finish! The best part about it was the communication. They sent estimates via email and text, and updated via text and phone. They provided a list of things they found with recommendations for what should be fixed and what could be monitored (which I found very helpful and honest). There was no pressure to do anything on the lists, but I now have specific items I can look out for over the next 6 months. They got a part in the following day after reaching out to contacts on the east coast and fixed everything within 2 hours of receiving the part. The front desk staff is friendly and very professional. I will go here next time!

I scheduled an appointmont with Ethan at the Longmont shop for a battery/load and Alternator test to determine electrictal problem for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma. He was very professional and courteous on the phone and in person. After arriving at shop and proper tests preformed the cause was determined. Ethan informed me that there was “no charge” for the test. I highly recommend BG Automotive to the Longmont community. I give them a 5 Star!
