Jared and Sam are customer service experts at the front desk! I really appreciate how they communicated what was involved with the 60,000 mi service on my Subaru. They didn't make any assumptions about my car, but are very methodical and made sure I understood what I was paying for. They did a great job & so did the service technicians !
