Honest, straightforward people. My car needed fairly extensive work. They discussed all options, costs, potential stopgaps. I sat in the lobby through the whole process and listened to interactions with other customers and the techs working on the cars in the back; very professional.

After my car died on the side of the road, the dealer wasn’t even going to look at it for two weeks. Randy at BG got me in and diagnosed the same day. The engine problem was major, but by the time Randy called, he already had a recommendation for a dealer contact, tow service, and a path to get the engine replaced for free under a manufacturer recall. Very professional and helpful with all my problems. I asked for lots of extra help and they were all very accommodating, taking me to the back to view the highlighted problems with my vehicle. I used them for an oil change, and plan to use them again next week to fix more serious problems that my vehicle has. I didn't feel that they were trying to upsell me or pull the wool over my eyes. Alex, my mechanic, was great and knowledgable, and Greg came to pick me up upon my request very quickly, and we had a good chat about my vehicle. Jarad at the front desk also went out of his way to help, and I really appreciated the extra time the team took to assure me about the state of my vehicle.
