I called to find out when I might be able to drop off. my car for some work. They not only had me drop it off that day and I got it back the same day. They were so welcoming, easy to talk to and seem to know what I was. talking about but actually appeared to be listening to me! How refreshing is that!I?! First off I just want to thank Jarad for taking care of me and my Caddilac from the first initial call to dropping my car off he was there to answer all my questions. Everyone at BG is super friendly my overall interaction with everyone there was super amazing made me feel rite at home and that I can trust the BG team with my vehicle. After a very thorough inspection JT and Jared explained what needed to be done with my Caddilac to get it fixed and back on the road safely without pressuring me to do additional things. Great experience as a first-time customer. Was having trouble finding help getting a bike rack off of a vehicle I want to sell. The boys assessed the situation, and told me that they would get it off (without destroying it). And that's just what they did! Very happy with the results, and the cost. Told them I will be back to have them install rain-guards on my new ride. (And general service on it as time goes by). So glad I found you!
